ABOUT THE INSPECTOR: Andrew Solari
Prior to beginning a new career as a certified home
inspector, Andrew Solari had twenty-seven years experience as a manager
and owner in the retail hardware and home center business. As a result
of his years of experience, clients obtain many helpful hints on property
maintenance during the home inspection that often results in the prevention
of costly future home maintenance problems.
As a former retail businessman, Mr. Solari realizes the importance of
proper customer service. Each home inspection is treated with the utmost
courtesy, honesty, and thoroughness. Hundreds of previous home buyers
have found that Mr. Solari strives to provide accurate, impartial, and
objective information in a professional manner.
Mr. Solari understands that in most instances, clients are purchasing
not just a house, but a home and a community in which to live. His varied
background in community activities has included positions on the local
Zoning Board, Board of Education, Recreation Commission and as Mayor of
Brigantine Beach. In addition, he was elected to two terms as a member
of the Atlantic County Board of Freeholders.
Since 1998 Mr. Solari has conducted hundreds of home inspections according
to the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
To obtain his full membership in ASHI, Mr Solari met all of the stringent
requirements, including passing the National Home Inspectors Examination.
To maintain his full membership in ASHI, Mr Solari attends several seminars
each year to improve his professional techniques and practices.
Selecting a home inspector can be as difficult as selecting a home. Andrew

honest and accurate information in a professional manner while avoiding
